Project Description

Sometimes it can be difficult for new residents to keep track of the different services available in a new city. In order to provide newly arrived immigrants with the information they need in the best possible way, we conduct a series of surveys on information and integration needs.

The purpose of data collection and analyses is to provide German municipalities with important insights allowing them to improve integration and information services for immigrants and to optimally adapt them to the needs.
